Sheridan is a bit of a catch-all name, and consists of 3 very different ares; Sheridan Homelands, Sherwood Forest and Mississauga road just north of the QEW. There is great diversity from one area to the next. Sheridan Homelands is a suburban neighbourhood built in the 60's to 80's. There are family size semi-detached and detached homes; many on good size lots. As land values continue to rise, some of the larger lots afforded custom home rebuilds. Sherwood Forest was built afterwards, as an executive neighbourhood, and it boast quaint street names such as Prince John and Friar Tuck. The area of Mississauga Road that is included into Sheridan has some of the oldest homes on some of the widest lots. It is a small and beautiful cluster of side streets that you might miss if you were distracted by the mega-homes sitting along Mississauga Road. Want to learn more about Sheridan? Click Here!
