Mississauga City Centre may not be the first (or second or third) choice for my family buyers, but this "downtown-up-north" will continue to play a key role in the city's future. Although there are already many condo buildings that have arisen in the last 10 years, there are MANY more planned, to be released as the demand can support it. For the time being, many units are being rented out, serving as a desirable alternative to the old school apartment building complexes of the past. However, as prices for property in Toronto and Mississauga continue to rise (and will continue to rise over the long run, due to steady demand) these condos will become the only affordable option for many singles and young couples trying to get a foothold on the property ladder. The face of the City Centre will change over the next few decades, from a rental stronghold to more and more young residents. Want to learn more about City Centre? Click Here!
