Central Erin Mills is phase 2 of the Erin Mills master planned community. Located north of the 403, south of Britannia Rd, and east of Winston Churchill, this neighbourhood was built mostly in the 90's to early 2000's. This is truly a suburban community and what Mississauga has come to be known for. The area was thoughtfully planned, with all brick homes, and modern features like upper floor laundry and private en-suites. Many residents have a very strong pride of ownership and the curb appeal overall is very strong. Even many of the condo-townhomes were meant to be higher-end, with higher condo fees to maintain the grounds and properites, and remain in high demand today because of it. Though all the areas are quite well built, Credit Mills is the higher-end executive area, where the average homes is 4500 sq feet, all brick, triple car garage.
