About Jeff O'leary

Broker, THE VILLAGE GURU

These "about me" pages always challenge me because it's all been said before. In terms of real estate peformance, skill and ability, there is nothing I can say that is different or unique from any of the other 30,000 realtors in the GTA (Yes, that's how many #1 realtors there are....). So let's say it now, I'm the BEST realtor in MISSISSAUGA!...... that felt good. And damn it, I am. You just might not know it yet. But ego aside, I'd like to tell you something, anything about me, that means something real.

What I can tell you is who I am as a person, because there's only one me, and that's as unique as it gets. I think this industy has lost its personal touch, and we all used to treat each other a whole lot better than many do today. I think that's because we don't take the time to get personal.

I would like you to know that I am an entrepreneur. A businessman who happens to provide real estate services to my clients. For any other small business owners out there, you know how hard it is to create a successful business that doesn't destroy you financially, mentally or physically. It's made me stronger person.

My partner in life is my wife, Stephanie. For any other husbands out there, you know what it takes to make a great marriage. One that doesn't waiver through the natural ups and downs of life, but is source of support, encouragment and peace. It's made me a better person.

I would like you to know that I am a father of 3 boys. For any other parent out there, especially of multiple boys, you know what it takes to keep your sanity among the chaos of noise, fights, injuries, big "lessons" and greater successes. To be the one my boys look to for comfort, encouragment and strength, it's made me a more authentic & spiritual person.

I want you to know that I appreciate every moment of my life. I've had some very rough years before my success. My family had to bond together to surivive the perfect storm of starting my own business at the same time as having 3 kids in 4 years. (That is NOT recommended without some kind of trust fund, which we did NOT have lol) I can laugh about it now but I could have done with a few less life lessons at the time.

When I commit to anything in my life, I'm in 100%. When I work for you, you are never just a transaction in my books. You are a person and you want to be treated as such. For me, the public sees the word Realtor and looks no further. It is often my identity although it barely scratches the surface of who I am. So it is my committment to see you as more than a client, but for the person you are.

If you want to see a little more about my story, you can see my biography on my other website. Because, you know, only the best realtors have TWO websites....
